On October 16, Sarah Heemann and the ensemble Hackmeck will be guests at the ON Cologne office! Hackmeck sees itself as a music-generating organism. From the networking of computer musicians Benjamin Grau, Philipp Lack and Vincent Michalke, it has been developing in Cologne since 2020. In the project Treefinger’s Breeze, the flutist Sarah Heemann is integrated into the digital circuit by means of live electronics. This results in an audiovisual performance in which the analog instrument is augmented by AI-controlled synthesizers.
Admission is free of charge. The concert will take place as a headphone concert.
